Location: Chertsey, 3 days in office required

Duration: Rolling Contract (indefinite)

Start: September 2024

 

We are recruiting for a Global Electronics client looking for Administrative Support across their Finance and Sales Teams.

The role would be a 60:40 split of Finance and Sales, mostly focussed on the Finance side with experience of Credit Control processes (AP, AR) being an essential skill.  The successful candidate will also know their way around MS Office, particularly Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables etc will be tested at interview)

As this is a dual role, the client is looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. 

The Sales Administration tasks will include CRM housekeeping (putting files on the system/ updating documents), assisting with the tender processes for new clients, filling out/ extracting/ analysing data from forms, NDAs, sending Welcome Emails to new clients and uploading contracts etc.

Our client is looking for someone who can join by September at the latest.
