Paid Social Marketing Manager
11 Month Contract PAYE – £22 - £33 per hour
100% Remote

We are recruiting for an experienced Paid Social Marketing Manager (Contractor) with deep expertise in TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Reddit, and other social platforms to drive efficient ROI for performance marketing campaign within a crypto business. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proven hands-on experience in optimising paid social campaigns, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably. While the primary focus is on TikTok and Meta, experience with Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and emerging social channels is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Reddit, and other social platforms with a focus on efficiency and ROI.
• Develop and execute strategic audience targeting, creative testing, and bid optimisation strategies.
• Continuously analyse campaign performance data and adjust strategies to maximise returns while minimising cost inefficiencies.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives optimised for each platform.
• Provide weekly reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.

Skills: Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch to track and optimise campaign performance.
• Strong proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Reddit Ads, and other social ad platforms.
• Expertise in bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other key performance metrics.
• Self-starter with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
