Job Summary:
The DMB programme will step change Factory Digital Resilience through the remediation and standardisation of infrastructure, networks and connectivity, the implementation of global standard applications for common tasks and the deployment of an OT management solution to provide the factory teams with a single solution for managing the complex digital eco-systems. All factories have been categorised by business criticality and all are in scope.
We are looking for a skilled IT&D Project Manager to lead the planning and pre-work for the DMB program, this includes the Fit-Gap Assessments and remediation activities of 12 Archetype 1 sites. This role requires strong collaboration with IT&D Global Platforms, Cyber, Enterprise Architecture and Supply teams. Coordination with the nominated Factory PM to build and manage a detailed Fit-Gap assessment plan. This role will ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets and ensure project goals are met in alignment with organizational objectives.
UK based: Hybrid working. Commutable distance to Slough. The role will require some travel to factories in UK as & when needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work with the DMB Partner to develop detailed project plans for the 10 Archetype 1 factories
• Manage comprehensive Fit-Gap assessment project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Lead the site pre-work phase activities, ensure the Fit-Gap site information templates are completed by the site on time to ensure readiness for the assessment phase
• Co-ordinate Technical IT/OT knowledge/overview sessions between the DMB Partner and factory stakeholders
• Manage DMB vendor onboarding and orientation and work permit activities with the respective Factory teams
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to execute project plans effectively.
• Manage Fit-Gap kick off meetings with the site Operations/Maintenance teams
• During the Fit-Gap work with the nominated Factory PM to ensure that the daily plan is on track and site issues / escalations are managed
• Manage internal Reckitt teams and ensure that design documentation review, approval timelines are met
• Produce internal weekly status reports to show programme progress, risks, issues
• Chair daily stand-up calls with DMB programme resources
• Manage/collaborate with the DMB partner to ensure that Factory Fit-Gap issues / risks are mitigated/escalated.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are met according to the established schedule.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Understanding of Infrastructure projects, manufacturing processes, including production planning, supply chain, and quality management
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, ADO, SPM).
• Strong Excel Skills
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and staying updated on emerging IT/OT trends.
