We are currently hiring an experienced SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer for a hybrid role based in London. This exciting opportunity requires working on-site 2 days per week. If you are passionate about ServiceNow and have over 4 years of hands-on experience, we want to hear from you! Duration of the contract is 8-12 months.
Key Requirements:
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin certification
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Ability to lead and own ServiceNow deliveries
- Experience in mentoring and training team members
- Proficiency in ServiceNow core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management
- Hands-on expertise with Java scripting
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions
- Data migration and ServiceNow integrations experience
- Ability to create custom applications, workflows, and customer reports & dashboards
- Familiarity with modules like Discovery, PPM, Release Management
- LDAP integration and experience managing foundation data and CMDB templates
