Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to co-ordinate and run events for the DACH region. You will need to be fluent in German.
The Field Marketing team works to elevate customers and their talent strategies, bringing them value through content, experiences and communities. Our client works closely with their sales and customer success colleagues to help them to strengthen their relationships with their customers and showcase the value of partnering with them. They are looking to add a strong senior marketing manager to the DACH team to lead events programmes critical to the success of the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring together talent leaders from strategically important accounts in the region, gain insight into the business and build meaningful relationships with their DACH team.
This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to the office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage the execution of a number of events, manage the working group across workstreams and create alignment on desired outcomes with the DACH leadership team. Delivery should showcase insights, the value of solutions, enable sales to make meaningful connections with their customers and create long term value for customers and the business.
- Quickly and consistently develop relationships, credibility, and influence with internal colleagues, cross-functional stakeholders and speakers.
- Create impactful customer and internal comms to drive behaviour/action.
- Contingency planning for all eventualities throughout events.
- Briefing speakers and creating content where necessary.
- Supporting the growth, health, and strategic vision of the team.
Competencies
- You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales.
- You are a great project manager, have an eye for detail and an experienced executive level communicator.
- You can prep, plan, brief, execute and report on customer events working closely with an agency.
- You're comfortable with chaos. You excel at managing expectations, identifying, articulating, and achieving alternative solutions when changes arise, and maintain the flexibility to navigate simultaneous demands and projects.

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales.
- A great project manager and an experienced executive level communicator.
- Ability to prep, plan, brief, facilitate and report on customer events.
- Experience working in a matrixed organisation.
- Speak fluent German and English.
