Job Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow/ITSM Administrator to join a team supporting a major client in the banking sector. You will manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it supports business and IT operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management:
- Administer and support the ServiceNow platform.
- Handle user administration, security, and permissions.
- Configuration:
- Customize the platform to meet business needs.
- Develop new applications and modules.
- ITSM Processes:
- Oversee Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Align processes with ITIL best practices.
- Support:
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Train and support end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Optimization:
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
- Implement best practices for optimization and scaling.
- Documentation:
- Maintain documentation for configurations and customizations.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
