Ntrinsic is committed to maintaining the highest possible standards in its activities as a recruitment and talent solutions agency as well as an employer. Ntrinsic is equally committed to fostering an open environment and a culture of full accountability where not just employees are encouraged to Speak Up, but those outside of the organisation are too (e.g. job applicants, former employees, former agency workers, client or suppliers). ‘Speaking Up’ refers to disclosures of suspected wrongdoing in relation to Ntrinsic and its business activities, also known as whistleblowing or protected disclosure.

We offer a dedicated email channel at protecteddisclosure@cpl.ie for anyone wishing to raise a protected disclosures at Ntrinsic.
